In Diablo II Resurrected, The Meat Scraper is part of the Lochaber Axe category and one of many unique Polearms in D2R. It is one of the biggest items in the game, taking 8 Blocks of space if you want to store it in the inventory or stash. Your character needs to reach at least the Required Level of 41 to carry this item. This Lochaber Axe has a Strength Requirement of 80 before it can be used.
Please note that this Weapon is Two-Handed, so your character can not use an additional weapon or shield at the same time.

Can The Meat Scraper be Upgraded?

The Lochaber Axe is the exceptional version of this Polearm. It can be upgraded to the elite version by putting it into the Horadric Cube. After hitting the transmute button it will be called Ogre Axe. The most basic (normal) version is called Bardiche.
